IC points are designed to give you something back for shopping with us. For every £1 you spend, you'll earn 1 point and keep an eye out for special reward point promotions!. Once registered with us, every time you shop with Irregular Choice Store you'll earn Reward Points.

How do I use Reward Points to Save me Money?

Each Reward Point is worth 7.5 pence. You can check your points tally simply by clicking the 'My Account' link at the top and logging into your account. When you checkout, you'll be given the option to redeem the points you've collected or save them for another time. Please note, points will be creditted to your account once your order has been dispatched.

What's the Catch?

There is no catch! You can redeem the points you've earned at any point and they can be saved over any length of time! Please note, reward points cannot be converted into cash. You must also be logged into your account to ensure your points are saved

Return Policy

Please note that our returns policy is strictly 14 days.

You may return any item within 14 days of the day that you received your delivery.

Not all items are eligible for a refund. Please check your invoice and where (NR) or (Non Refundable) is shown you may only return your goods for a credit note or exchange if the goods are faulty or damaged. This information will also be in the product description.
